Today was pretty good. Although I must say im pretty hungry...

8 oz hot water w/juice from half a lemon

Breakfast - 2 scrambled egg whites
1/2 grapefruit
Blueberry Green Tea
Lunch - Salad w/grilled chicken
Jasmine Green Tea
Snack - 1 apple
Dinner - 1/2 roasted turkey tenderloin
mashed cauliflower & carrots
steamed french cut green beans
pomegranate Green Tea
Snack - Raspberry Light n Fit yogurt

64 oz water
