Day 1

As we near the end of day 1 I really think I can do this. The one downside so far is the need to pee alot!! Drinking 64 oz of water a day is not much fun. I will just cut to the chase and post my stats and info for the day. I'm tired so not very exciting stuff here!

Weight - 183 lbs
BMI - 27.73
Measurements - waist: 41 in, butt: 42.5 in, Thighs: 22 in each

Workout:
Wii Fit Free Step - 20 mins, 1985 steps, approx 89 calories
Golds Gym Cardio Boxing - Advanced Ducking Combo, 20 mins, 162 calories, 879 hits

Water - 64 oz
Wake-up - 8 oz hot water w/juice of half a lemon
Breakfast - 2 scrambled egg whites
1/2 grapefruit
Jasmine Green Tea
Lunch - Salad; mixed baby greens, cucumbers, carrots, celery, 1/2 can tuna
8 oz Acidopholus milk
1 pear
Blueberry Green Tea
Snack - Blueberry Light n Fit Yogurt
Dinner - Grilled Chicken breast
Steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
Pomegranate Green Tea
Snack - Carrots, celery and cucumber sticks

Hopefully I will have more interesting stuff to say tomorrow!!
